During his stay in the Pays d’Arles between February 1888 and May 1889, Vincent Van Gogh produced around 300 drawings and paintings. He immortalized the Place du Forum with The Café in the Evening, the Quai du Rhône with The Starry Night, the Place Lamartine with The Yellow House (unfortunately destroyed during the Second World War) and the Van-Gogh space with The Garden of the Health Center.
